The Modular 3D unit perfectly meets the demand for smaller portable 3D entities.

In circumstances, where large cameras cannot be employed but high resolution output is paramount, this is where the Modular 3D comes into operation. For instance carried by a skier as stabilised handheld camera at the Hahnenkamm Race at Kitzbühel or as a behind-the-goal and handcamera during a football match at Barcelona.

Regardless whether for live coverage or scenic use, as 3D or single camera, the flexibility of the Modula camera system allows the user special perspectives and finest results.

Information

The ARRI SR3 16 mm camera is an HD Video Camera! Fitted with optical viewfinder and standard film kit. Simple to handle without a profusion of menus or switches.

The standard film gate is replaced by a gate, which is built and adjusted into the camera, with integrated sensor and electronics. This adaptation can be carried out by any camera workshop. Mechanically, the camera remains unchanged. The portable battery for handheld applications can of course still be used.

Fixed presets, based on the optical properties of film material, ensure optimal post production.
